All of the staff members were knowledgeable and competent. The location in an industrialised area was perfect and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. Everything was good and within 20 minutes' drive of Kamloops airport.

Lovely large room with a great view of the city from your own balcony! Room was very clean and well set up. If you're looking for a clean, nice place to stay thats central and has reasonable rates, this is the place.
Not much...I was pretty happy overall. The place is under going renos at the moment, but they seem to be trying to keep the discord to a minimum.

I had a very lovely stay for two nights. The location was great for my stay, just 300 meters from Kamloops Scenic Outlook.- The restaurant was pretty good with a spectacular view that sets it apart.- The view over the valley from the window was amazing.

Pet-friendly and air conditioned rooms, we didn't feel like leaving.
Really enjoyed Kamloops, the hotel was comfortable on the hill. The room with a good shower. Climate control and a couch worked well. The location was particularly good, near the center of restaurants and Kamloops by road at about 9 pm and major shopping centres, food outlets and liquor shops, and the free parking was an excellant bonus...

Everything as expected and OK.
The Panorama City Centre Inn is relatively far from the city centre and has no attractive surroundings, apart from the "Indian" around the corner.

The room I booked was reasonably priced and brand new. The shower in the room was good. The location was ideal; for instance, Thompson Rivers University was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Location was good. Beds comfortable. Lots of variety of restaurants nearby.
There were a few things that were not working in our room. Bathroom fan not working, tub didn't drain properly, ac was very loud, ran for a few minutes and shut off. This went on for the duration of the night. I let the hotel know so they could hopefully fix it for the next guest.

The view from the balcony
Many of the remaining guests were rather long-term tenants ..

This place definitely lived up to our expectations! The rooms were so clean and spacious, which was a big plus. We loved that they were pet-friendly and had air conditioning. Plus, having a balcony was a nice touch. The carpets were in good condition, too. a solid experience! 🌟

They're definitely modernizing and it shows. New furniture was quite nice. Bed was comfortable. Linen was clean, no tears or thread bare spots. Exceptional view. Staff were excellent.
The king room needed more furniture, like a bench or sofa. Big empty space doing nothing. Air conditioner kept the heat out...barely. Bathroom needs updating entirely. Toilet is one of those 1970's circular toilets for kids and geriatrics.

Great location.
Very dirty in bathrooms. Black hairs in The bed and folded towels. No toilet paper in room. Fridge was old and missing legs. The doors were filthy. Not much effort to clean this hotel property. Puke on the walkways by rooms as you're walking to pool. The pool had 3 chairs at pool side. No tables or lounge chairs. Really just a pool. Not so great to hang around.I don't understand the value for your money rating! Money has value to everyone and just because it's a cheap motel it shouldn't mean that they don't have to clean or make it a respectable place!
